12 AND UNDER SUPER LEAGUE HEATS UP
In today’s first semi final, Team D will play Team B at 1.00pm with the winner advancing to the Championship Game tomorrow. Team D has several key players in high scoring Eluut Issac and Peace Sumor, while Alex Rudimch and Wilan Kyota-Franz provide good control of ther boards. Team B will look to their big inside player in Spis Senior to counter the board control and hope that Ulengchong Lazarus and Garnett Sungino can continue their scoring ability.
The second semi final between Team A and Team C at 3.00pm will see a re-match of yesterday’s game when Team A proved too strong for their opposition. However, Team C will be searching for big contributions from Shector Hector and Erechar Kikuo to lead their charge, while Team A will continue to look to their tall and athletic high scorer in Wallace Worswick.
Winners of the two semi finals will meet in the Championship Game on Friday at 3.00pm while the two losers will play in the Consolation Final at 1.00pm.
Following the Championship Game the Junior Development Squad to attend next week’s Junior Development Camp will be named.
