Rudimch Government/Business League: Mason’s Hardware beats SDA Crusaders, 93-78
Mason’s Hardware adds more misery after beating the SDA Crusaders, 93-78, last September 29 in the ongoing 2011 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.
Mason’s Hardware did not mind after trailing 42-47 at the end of the first half. They save the best for last as the duo of Reid Una Rikrik and Douglas Schmidt led a 28-10 assault in the fourth quarter that knocked the lights out of the Crusaders.
Schmidt paced Mason’s Hardware as he finished with 31 points while Rikrik chipped in 26 markers for the win. Chris Tangunan and Ben Weakley, on the other hand, topscored for the Crusaders with identical 21 baskets as they absorb their second setback in the tournament.
In other games, Sam’s Sharks bested PPR Shark Attack, 61-57; and Neco dumped Palasia Hotel, 89-58.
