Not to be underestimated, Ministry of Education (MOE) I Spiders scored back to back victories to surged into the second spot of the team standings of the 2011 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.

MOE I Spiders first defeated Justice League, 88-73 and then went on to beat MOJ Cops, 88-75 behind the 26 point performance of Raymond Roman. The wins placed MOE I Spiders in second spot in the team standings with a 7-2 win-loss record.

On the other hand, Koror State Government won over Justice League, 82-77 with Tats leading the way with 21 baskets.

As follows is the complete team standings of the Government division – MOF Omsangel (9-0); MOE I Spiders (7-2); MOJ Cops (6-3); MPIIC (6-3); KSG (5-4); PNCC (4-5); PPUC Kamik (3-6); PNOC/PBRA (3-6); MOE II (2-7); and Justice League (0-9).

In the Business division as follows are the team standings - Spoilers (9-0); Mason’s Hardware (8-1); SDA Crusaders (7-2); Neco (5-4); PPR Shark Attack (4-5); F & F Hunters (4-5); PRR Dragons (3-6); Sam’s Sharks (3-6); Dollar 99 (2-7); and Palasia Hotel (0-9).

Games resume tonight with the playoffs for the Government division featuring MOF Omsangel versus PNOC/PBRA Mercury Optimax at 6 p.m. while MOE I Spiders will face PPUC Kamik at 7:30 p.m.
