Four games set for FBL Sunday

Four games will usher the Easter Sunday celebration when the 2012 season of the Filipino Basketball League and Master’s League resumes at the Palau National gym.

Team Choppers aims to nail its second win when they face the Jaguars in the main game at 3:30 p.m. Sporting a 1-1 win-loss record, the Choppers, sponsored by Shimbros International, Sen. Regis Akitaya, Niezel Borres, Mario Moloboco, Johnny Apostolero, Nelson Dupalco, Ronald Reyes, Lito Cruzat and Eric Basco, will parade its line up composed of Bon-Bon Pramo, Erwin Gonzalgo, Eric Dedeles, PJ Esguerra, Rey Potot, John Macatangay, Janine Carandang and Jon Lloyd Corpuz.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars (1-2) will try to snap a lost last weekend as they will be led by the team of Michael Garcia, Arli Alba, Pet-Pet Joda, Ernie Bautista, Budz Pabro, Joel Anorma, Zaldy Rodriguez and Joel Taracatac.

On the other hand, the Ilocandia Bulls guns for its third straight win when they meet the Hanpa Cardinals in the curtain raiser at 11 a.m. The Bulls (2-1) aims to stay in contention as they will have Raul Osias, Jun Villena, Joeger Supnet, Jayson Tabuyo and Ryan Cacho while the Cardinals will rely on brothers Andy and Dennis Gonzales, Ramar Malinao, Phillip Maniago, Francis and Raymund Tan.

In other games, Western Union will face Rams/Guardians at 2 p.m. while Ocean View/PCGM will meet anew FR Spoilers in the Master’s League at 12:30 p.m.
