GBH keeps clean slate in EASC Central School boys bball

Teams George B. Harris Elementary School maintains its clean slate this time beating Koror Elementary School, 53-31 Wednesday in the 2013 Elementary After School Competition (EASC) Central School boys basketball tournament.

The win kept GBH’s winning streak alive in the elimination round and the win gave them their fifth to keep its lead in the team standings with a clear 5-0 win-loss tally as KES now sports a 1-5 card.

GBH caught KES off guard in the third canto as they posted a 22-8 run to establish a 38-19 lead and from their never looked back to take the win with Wallace Worswick leading the way with 16 points as Tristan Kintaro chipped in 11 for GBH while Santini Masaichi topscored for KES with 10 on the losing end.

In other games, SDA Kings won over MSS, 59-23; and MES Dolphins won over KES, 54-37.

Games will resume today with GBH versus MSS at the Palau National gym while MES will face GBH also at the Palau National gym. Games start at 3:30 p.m.

Competing schools include Seventh Day Adventist Elementary School; Koror Elementary School; Maris Stella School; George B. Harris Elementary School and Meyuns Elementary School.
