WU guns to close FBL Finals

Last season’s runner up Western Union aims to close down the series as they take on the Ilocandia Bulls in Game Two of their best of three championship series, Sunday in the Filipino Basketball League (FBL) played at the Palau National gym.

Game time is at 2 p.m.

Western Union is all pumped up to sweep the series and regain their supremacy in the hard court after their masterful beating of the Bulls in Game One via 105-98. Western Union aims to regain their lost glory as they will once again rely on the services of Bong Alambra, Dennis Castro, Anon Cajegas, Al Obrero, Medel Cuyugan, Lemuel Alban, Chino Luis del Castillo, Darwin Fuentebella, Erwin Senadre and Jeff Barayuga.

On the other hand, with their backs against the wall, the Ilocandia Bulls aims to snatch a win to force a winner take all Game Three. They will be led by Marvic Ngchar, RB Dorado, Edward Baysa, Joeger Supnet, Raul Osias, Ryan Cacho and Dondon Cabasal.
