KSG Royals beat ABC in GBL

Team Koror State Government (KSG) Royals showed their winning form as they beat team ABC, 85-64 Friday night in the ongoing 2014 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.

KSG Royals meant business as they took an early 19-10 lead and then continued their dominance in both ends of the floor as they spurted an 18-14 rally in the second frame to take a 37-24 lead.

From there it was all KSG Royals as they went on to take the win with Basuich Tkel leading the scoring chores with 31 points as teammate Jarvis chipped in 14 while Chris Kitalong topscored for team ABC with 16 on the losing end.

In other games, PPUC Electric Eel won over MOH Band Aid, 80-59; WCTC Powerball won over PRR Dragons, 81-64; Neco bested PPR Shark Attack, 83-81; and Island Rhythm drubbed Mason’s Mercury, 102-68.

Games will resume tonight with Neco versus PPR Stingrays at 6 p.m. followed by the PRR Dragons-SDA Crusaders tussle at 7:30 p.m. while Mason’s Mercury will face Fish N’ Fins at 9 p.m.

Wednesday night games will have MOF Omsangel against team ABC at 6 p.m. as KSG Royals will take on President’s X-Men at 7:30 p.m. while PPR Shark Attack will face Yrang’s Salon at 9 p.m.

Thursday night will feature Fish N’ Fins taking on WCTC Powerball at 6 p.m. followed by the PRR Dragons-NECO match at 7:30 p.m. while Mason’s Mercury will be pitted against PPR Stingrays at 9 p.m.
