NBDO kick off Basic Training after Rainy session
The bad weather has covered almost a month and a half from mid January to februay and as of today it is still unpredictable.
After sending out few letters we finally got a respond from one of it and it was from one our Minister who has been a great support to sport here in the Solomon Islands. It was with excitement to receive an offer of $64,000-00 dollars. We name the tournament after him (NTBC 2014).The Namson Trans Basketball Competition. He has also assured to us that if things go well with this competition he will look to support basketball in future competitions or Tournaments.
Any way as our competition is already kick off last Sunday the 9th of March I have also make available some time to re visit most of the clubs and gave them more drills which they too have appreciated with my visit.
I have yet to finalise my Tour to the Western Province depending very much on the weather as well.
