RMI women get second shot at Guam
The RMI women's basketball team kicks off its first playoff game in the Micronesian Basketball Tournament against host Guam at 6pm Friday September 28 (Guam time). The girls are pumped and hope to do better than their preliminary round loss to the national team.
The RMI women played Guam Wednesday night, losing 70-20. They are seeded fourth and match up with number one Guam in the opening round of the playoffs Friday. The winner goes to the gold medal game on Saturday at 4pm; the loser will play in the bronze medal game on Saturday at 12noon.
