PNG touch Teams doing well in XIII SP Games

Officials & Players of PNG Muruks

According to Rick Seeto, the Papua New Guinea coach for touch rugby, his team played
their game very well. As a result of that, his team won their first two matches. This success
is because the players had been turning up to their training consistently, which shows their dedication
to their sport. Their first match was with Niue, in which they got
4 points and Niue got 1. Their second match was with Tuvalu in which they got 9 points
and Tuvalu got 4 points. The team expects to win all the games if they
can, but they have much respect for the other countries that they are going to play against.

Ari Peters is the center of the PNG touch rugby team. He said that he is very excited
because of the matches they have won so far. He  said that they all try their best to win,
like all of their opponents do, as well.
PNG teams are now staying at Maluafou village, which Peters said that he likes very
much, and that it feels like home to him.

The PNG players all like Samoa because it is beautiful, especially the different places they have visited, as well
as the playing fields. They have found that Samoans have been very friendly to them and are enjoying their
stay here.
