Palau Women Struggle Against Fiji Women

Fiji's second win in pool play delighted the home crowd Top scorers for Fiji were Mereleini Tora with 23 points and Mikaelar Whippy had another good game with 22 points. Birthday girl Seini Dobui notched 12 points to the teams total of 105 points.

Palau could not match the skills of Fiji suffering their fifth loss of the tournament. Top scorer for Palau was Carrissa Subris with 8 points.

In the individual tally of points scored during the tournament Palau's Jamie Ngirausui is in fourth place with a total of 41 points. Current top scorer for the tournament is April Atuaia of Samoa with a total of 52 points after three games.

Fiji play Samoa on Wednesday 09/06/03 and Palau play Tahiti on Thursday 10/06/03.
