Puaikura win Final game
In the Open Women's division Takitumu were in the lead at the end of the first quarter but Puaikura would not let them lead again in the game. With a much younger team on paper Takitumu were expected to run the legs off the Puaikura team and run to victory.
When Takitumu powerhouse Lucy was fouled out of the game Puaikura knew they were home with the victory.
Final score 80-68.
Top scorers were Lucy for Takitumu and Liz Carfax-Foster for Puaikura.
