Sharks Announce 2012 Academy Squads
The Sharks have selected Academy Squads in the under 14’s, 15’s and 17’s age groups for Block 1 of the 2012 SATS program
The Sharks congratulate players who have been selected for the Sharks Academy Talent Squads (SATS) in the Under 14’s, 15’s and 17’s age groups.
All players selected are asked to email Sharks Development manager Tyrone Collins at tcollins@sharks.com.au to accept or decline their invitation to participate in the program.
Training will commence on Monday, April 23 at Toyota Stadium, with the under 14’s to begin at 4.30pm, the under 15’s at 5.15pm and the under 17’s at 5.30pm.
All sessions will run for two hours in duration and will include a gym session. Players are asked to bring running shoes, boots, towel and water bottle.
Block 1 of SATS will run for 10 consecutive Monday nights, in conjunction with the school term.
Please note that there may be additional players added to the squad at any time as required, with each round of junior league to be monitored by Academy coaches and scouts and therefore presenting an opportunity for players to perform at a level which will warrant future selection.
When replying to accept a position in the SATS program could players also send their clothing size (S, M, L, XL).
