Whispers

Who was it that threw up his just consumed hot dog and 4 dim sims after  an hour long ride in the night rider bus that went up and down every street in Shepparton before making its way to Mooroopna.

Name the 2 footballers that warmed up for the match on Saturday by watching the '40 Year Old Virgin' on the way out to the game.

In netball Undera went home 1 from 4. U17's had a tough day again going down 11-50 but its great to see you girls having some fun out there. C Grade had an injury straight up in the warm up and were down to 6 for the day, thanks to Kayla and Caitlyn for coming up from U17's to help out. Not a good day for the girls out there a game that certainly wasn't helped by the negativity on court. However, with most of the girls managing to hold their heads high, they had a strong second half but going down 9-44. Best to Catherine McNamara who played a stunning game then to Dan Ondrick who was strong for all 4 quarters. B Grade had a solid 43-24 win and looked really good out there, team work goes a long way and you girls are really progressing up the ladder, keep it up you have the support. Best to Aleesha Wall then Rach Newman. A Grade's match was again silent as there was NO support for us except the regular one or two cheering us on and that makes it hard when the support isn't there to lift our game and for us to put it in til the end. We went down by 9 losing 44-35 but with strong support behind us I think we could have definitely came away with the 4 points. Best to Kirsten Albanese then Serah Robson. This week we take on Stanhope at home, always a tough encounter no matter where positioned on the ladder. How about we make it a day to support ALL teams in netty and footy and get along and cheer loud and proud for the club you love to be a part of...! GO LIONS
