A couple of weeks ago it was the EFL Chandler Medal Night which is the night of nights for the EFL with over 400 people in attendance. As a club we had a great night. Jack Whelan who had a great year in our colts side walked away we the Colts Best & Fairest medal polling 23 votes, 4 votes over second place, also rounding out the top 10 was Ethan Weston finishing equal 4th on 16 votes and Jayden Van Unen in 9th spot with 14 votes.
In the Reserves having a great year was Jason Harris who also caught the umpires eye finishing on 12 votes only five short of the winner to finish equal Runner up with our next best being Jason McConnell finishing on 9 votes in 8th spot.
In our senior side our best result came from Adam Tuck who seemed to be everywhere on the ground this year so he was bound to grab the umpires attention. Adam finished equal 5th on 17 votes with our next best being our coach poliing 11 votes to finish in 10th spot.
Away from the individual awards we cleaned up as a club. After two years, undefeated and with two Premierships our Colts side took home the All Trophies "Achiever of the Year" award.
We also won the BJS Champion Club in Div 3 and also the BJS Champion Club Overall combining all divisions.
To round it all off we had four players who were selected in the SEN Team of the Year. They were Grant Aitken (B/P), Brett Moyle (H/B/F), Anthony Sharp (H/F/F) and Adam Tuck (Ruck).
Congratulation to all players.
