molitorjames works exclusively with clients where strong networks and long term relationships are paramount, and where innovation and personal service are valued. The following is an overview of our business areas:
recruit
Through recruit, molitorjames is focused on developing and providing quality tailored recruitment solutions to clients. Concentrating on the senior end of the candidate market, we develop and implement contemporary recruitment practices to exceed expectations. With commitment to both client and candidate, we pride ourselves on adding value on an ongoing basis to corporate and personal career partnerships.
search
Through search, molitorjames offers client companies a disciplined targeted local and national search component on most executive recruitment projects. With a commitment to further develop our specialised search capability and expand this division, we will include international candidates and clients, and provide assistance and advice on employer visa sponsorship of skilled workers, regional employer initiatives and accessing skilled migrant databases.
lead
Through lead, molitorjames is focused on developing effective leaders; whether the project involves facilitating individual development by working with an appropriately and carefully matched coach, or leadership teams who seek improved performance. We craft highly customised coaching and development programs for individuals and teams, and engage relevant experts to work with clients and client companies on a medium to long term basis.
perform
Through perform, molitorjames focuses on improving organisational performance through succession planning, organisational reviews, performance management consulting, cultural reviews and culture development. Our view is that great leadership leads to great performance. We offer client companies access to relevant tools and resources associated with diagnosing organisational culture and improving performance, such as the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Leadership/Impactâ„¢ (L/I) and the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI).
