No registration form is required for existing members.
Fees for this Term will be as follows:
Development Academy: 1 Child $80.00
2 Children $140.00
3 Children $210.00
High Performance: 1 Child $90.00
2 children $160.00
3 children $245.00
I will be available to take payments on Wednesday 13th and 20th October cash, cheque or eftpos payments or Electronic Payment Details as Follows:

Please ensure you enter reference HPA or DEVA and your child’s name whichever is applicable. Please also confirm to me via email that you have paid by electronic payment.
All registration fees must be paid in full by the 20th October 2010. if not paid by this date a 10 percent penalty will be added.
