CDHBU were on the road this week to Henty. In perfect weather conditions the Power come home with three wins and one loss in the footy, while in the netball, we broke even with three wins a piece.
Under 14's - Our youngsters of the club once again started the day with a win, this week by nine points. Luke Murphy, Ben Wilson and Justin Roach were the standouts for the Power.

Under 17's - Our 17's weren't quite up to the task this week against Osborne, going down by 113 points. CJ Smith tried hard around the ball, while Justin Robb and Harry Downing never gave in.

Reserves - The Reserves are back on the winners list with a hard fought 15 point win. Dave Lethbridge was in and under everything, Nick Hogan was solid in defence and Dennis Tomlinson & Daniel King put in great games.a great game.

Seniors - It's been a long time between drinks but our Seniors are finally back in the winners circle. Our boys were switched on from the first bounce to the final siren and all players were contributors this week which was great to see. Paul Lavis put in a fine performance, new utility player Doug Lavis was outstanding in the middle, Ryan Rhodes was terrific in the midfield, while Wes Amor was superb in the backline.

NETBALL
Juniors - Our Under 14 girls found the going a bit tougher than usual, winning by 13. Stephanie Phibbs played a solid game in the midcourt, while Georgina Ross was strong in defence.

Intermediates - The Under 16 girls were too classy for their apponents, winning by a massive 40 goals. Ruby Svarc was once again Best on Court, while Erin McGregor put in a mighty effort in Wing Defence.

C Reserve - Our C Reserve were far too strong for their apponents winning 47 - 21. Lana Rhodes was strong in goals, while Hayley Chester and Andrea Norman put in fine performances.

C Grade - Our C Graders played out a thriller but were unable to come away with the win, going down by four. Stacey Amor played a brilliant game in defence, while Bronwyn Collins was strong in the midcourt.

B Grade - The B Grade all put in 100% and that shows on the court. It was a great game but we went down to 2nd placed Henty by 8 goals. Loren Filliponi worked hard in goals, Linda Revell was great in defence and Catherine Svarc was strong in the midcourt.

A Grade - Our A Grade were up against last years premiers. Although we put the pressure on early, we were unable to keep this up for the entire game and Henty run away with the win by 22 goals.
