Ben Ross had been a terrific contributor for the Werribee Football Club and was a welcome addition to the 2012 Werribee list for 2012. This weekend he will play his 50th game for the club. Daniel Paproth recently interviewed him for werribeefc.com.au
Several Questions for Ben.

The Werribee Tigers' midfield has been boosted this year with former North Melbourne player Ben Ross playing at Avalon Airport Oval in 2012.
This weekend the popular Ben plays his 50th games with Werribee when the Tigers take on Port Melbourne on Saturday.
Ross was delisted by North Melbourne at season's end last year, after a horror run with injuries meant he was unable to establish a spot in the senior side.
Despite that disappointment, Ross says he is relishing his first pre-season unhampered by injury in three years.
“Having operations on my groin and hip at the start of the 2010 season meant I missed that whole year,” he says.
“I was recovering through until the start of 2011. I missed two pre-seasons and about 18 months of footy.
“But I've recovered from all that now and from about round 14 last year I started feeling good again, I was confident in changing direction and now there's no issues with the body so I'm feeling great.
“Coming out of an AFL system to a VFL system where it's three nights a week is a bit different but I've adjusted well and it's been good to do a whole pre-Christmas program.”
Ross says the playing group is feeling positive about the season ahead, despite a change of coach and losing former captain Dom Gleeson to Geelong.
“I'm pretty optimistic to be honest,” he says. “What I've seen of 'Scotty' [new coach Scott West] has been really good, he's very understanding. We'll be aiming for the top four.
“I've really enjoy my time here and it's a great bunch of blokes.”
