ROWELLYN PARK AUSKICK As part of the ‘Out and about with the Dolphins’ community program, four Dolphins players headed to Rowellyn Park Auskick on Saturday morning to join in the fun with the local youngsters. Rowellyn Park last year raised over $10,000 for Dylan Hartung, a nine year-old Carrum Downs boy who suffers from Neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer.

As treatment is not available in Australia, Dylan and his family have to travel to the USA, and rely on the generosity of others to cover expenses and keep Dylan alive. If you would like to help out, phone Steve Lloyd on 0414 396 345.

In the week beginning 14 July, the Dolphins players will be heading back to their local junior clubs and Auskicks to join in training. If your club or Auskick would like to be involved, phone Tina on 9783 7888. more -->
EASTLINK OPEN DAY - SUNDAY 22nd JUNE, 2008 Eastlink is set to open on 29th June and they have announced their arrival in Frankston by sponsorsing the Frankston Dolphins.

As part of their support the Dolphins will play the BoxHill Hawks for the Eastlink Cup on Sunday 22nd June at Frankston Park. And thanks to Eastlink entry to the game is FREE.

Dolphins Operations Manager Bryan Mace is thankful for Eastlink's sponsorship - "it is well known that the Club is having to dig deep financially since the Grandstand fire, so Eastlink's support is greatly appreciated and very timely".

"It is also quite fitting that Frankston is playing Box Hill as Eastlink joins our two suburbs," he said. "So hopefully a big crowd will come along and support our young local team against the Hawthorn-aligned Hawks".

The Eastlink Cup will be held on Sunday 22nd June at 2pm at Frankston Park (Young St, Frankston - Melways ref: 100A C9). For more information, or to book for the pre-game luncheon, phone the Club on 9783 7888. more -->
GRANDSTAND FIRE FUNDRAISER As you saw posted here 3 weeks ago we are holding a Grandstand Fire Fundraiser on the 25th June.

We are pleased to announce that due to the generosity of our sponsors, members and business & sporting community the night is a total sellout!! We currently have 200 people booked in for the night.

To all those that have contributed through booking seats, donating items and/or money we at the Frankston Football Club say a heartfelt 'thank you'. To see people pull together in this way and help us through this financial hardship is absolutely wonderful!

So once again "THANK YOU" and we look forward to spending a wonderful night with everyone. more -->
