BUNDABERG FLOODS/PHIL EVANS
One of our past players, Phil Evans (Mins) and his wife Deanna are victims of the floods that hit Bundaberg recently.
The water came into their house to above ceiling level and as a result, they have lost virtually everything. All household items, beds, furniture, clothes and personal items.
Mins and Deanna are ok, they left before the water hit and saved only a few items.
Mins is a past player for the South Perth Lions, Captain of Neville (Pop) Grieve’s first grade premiership side of 1983 and also played in Devo’s first grade winning side in 1982 and the reserves win in 1981.
The club would like to start a collection to help out and ask everyone to make a donation.
Please contact Mick Coleman 0408 940 969 or Bluefella 0411 151 718 or come down to the club. We will also take up a collection at the Peter Dee/Kim Hughes show on 24 February.

Comment Guidelines: The SportingPulse Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
