Lakes United Seagulls RLFC welcome all players to take part in our pre-season training program which begins on Monday the 9th of November at Barton Oval, Belmont. Lakes and Knights Old Boy, Brock Mueller, will be running the program as head trainer of 2010. First grade coach, Ian Bourke, will also be present to run some drills. It is compulsory for all contracted players. See you there.
