YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED TO PLAY UNTIL ALL PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED, AND PAYMENT MADE IN FULL.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION IS TO BE FINALISED BY 10.5.13 OR YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PLAY.
