ALL players- Completed and signed Player Information Form and 2013 Player/Parent/ Guardian Agreement. (click on "documents & forms" tab at the top of the page)
Existing players moving into Under 10's 13's & 16's : also bring 2 identical current colour passport photos
New Players- also bring 2 identical current colour passport photos
Original birth certificate
Cost: Under 10's - Under 16's $115.00 1st child
$105.00 per additional child in family
Under 6 - Under 9's $95.00 no discounts
Includes: Registration, insurance, Club polo shirt, playing shorts and socks.
