Sports Trainers Courses at Mollymook in MAY 2013
Attached are the Registration forms for the NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Course, NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Re-Accreditation Course, NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Equivalency Course and the CPR Course to be held at the Mollymook Surf Club in May
· NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Course- The NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Course will be held over three day/nights in May. The Dates are as follows: Wednesday 8th May (6:30pm-10:30pm), Sunday 12th May (9:30am-5:30pm) & Monday 13th May (6:30pm-10:30pm) 2013. The cost of the NRL Sports Trainers Level 1 course will be $125.00 per person. Please have all applicants fill out the appropriate form and return to the Kiama Office asap.
· NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Re-Accreditation Course- The Re-accreditation for NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers will be held on Monday 13th May from 6:30pm-10:30pm at a cost of $50 per person. Please note that the NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers needs to be reaccredited every 3 years. If you have anyone that needs re-accrediting please fill out the Sports Trainers Re-Accreditation Form attached.
· NRL Level 1 CPR Course- Also Sports Trainers that need to be re-accredited in CPR can also attend on Monday 13th May from 6:30pm-10:30pm at a cost of $20 per person. Please note that CPR needs to be reaccredited every 12 months. To register for the CPR Course please fill out the CPR Rego Form
· NRL Level 1 Sports Trainers Equivalency Course- Also attached is an equivalency form. This form is for people who already hold current First Aid Qualifications (eg. St Johns) and who wish to have these qualifications recognised as prior learning. All certificates have to be attached and sent to:

Geoff Todd will decide what modules in the ARL Level 1 course need to be completed. An Equivalency Request Fee of $50 must accompany this form along with a copy of the First Aid certificate. Applications without a copy of the certificate or the $50 fee will not be processed. Please note the Equivalency will have to be forwarded to Geoff by Friday 26th April 2013.
