The Senior Women's Team have organised a Trivia Night to be held on the evening of Friday 7 June.
Come dressed as yoru favourite sports star/artist/hero
Entry is $15 and includes a free drink.
Questions start at 7.30pm

Round 7 sees our Men's teams playing the St Albans at home and our Senior Women playing North Geelong also at home.

Seniors v St Albans 2.15 at Grant Reserve
Reserves v St Albans 12.00 at Grant Reserve
U18 v St Albans 9.45 at Grant Reserve
Sunday
Senior Women v North Geelong 2.00pm at Grant Reserve (please note that this game may change to Saturday morning)

Round 6 was one of mixed success for the Club.
The Seniors are starting to play more consistently throughout the game and saw off a determined Hoppers
The Reserves were challenged and showed their class in the last 1/4
The U18s were overrun by a very determined Albion

The Seniors played their best 4 quarter game to record a comfortable win
Our Reserves show they are a force to be reckoned with, playing some very good football

Round 4 - Wrap Up

Round 4 saw our Senior Women win their 1st game. Congratulations to Belinda and the girls.
The Seniors recorded their first loss with a very disappointing first half, just lost by 15 points
Our Reserves continue to dominate, with another big win
Our U18 boys were in it all day but just couldn't get there in the end

Round 3 saw our U18 boys win their 1st game. Congratulations to Sean and the boys.
The Seniors with 12 goals in the last quarter recorded an easy win
Our Reserves continue to dominate and show the depth of the senior list
Our U18 boys were challenged in the 3rd quarter but kicked away in the last
Our Senior Women continue to improve each game and are starting to come together as a cohesive team

Round 2 - Wrap Up

With the season in full swing each team is facing its own unique challenges
The Seniors struggled in the 2nd half and what appeared to be an easy win turned into a close affair
Our Reserves had another large win
Our U18 boys showed a lot of improvement but still could not quite get the win
Our Senior Women fought hard all day, but struggled against a very skilful and fast North Geelong

Round 1 - Wrap Up

Well the season finally started with 2 wins and 2 losses for the Club.
A great win by the Seniors by only 3 points in another another epic battle with Spotswood.
Our Reserves showed they will again be a title contender with a big win.
Our U18 boys after a slow start only lost by 20 points.
In a tough, hard fought game our Senior Women only lost by 3points

Hayden Post and Steven Molnar - Life Members

On behalf of the Altona Football Club committee, players and supporters, we would like to congratulate Hayden Post and Steven (Gooney Bird) Molnar who were awarded Life Memberships at the AGM held on the 28th October 2012.

Well done to both men who both have a long history of supporting the Club.
