WABC Fees
West Adelaide has a
policy of keeping fees to a minimum to provide the opportunity for all
interested players to be involved at District level.
Current playing
subscriptions (including GST) for Juniors are $145 for the Summer
season (usually 11 rounds), and $295 for the Winter season (usually 22
rounds). Invoices are sent out to all players early in the season.
Players in the Under 10
age group have the same season structure as older Juniors, but their
subscriptions are half of the above amounts.

Part payments are always welcome but should be arranged to clear the full subscription amount within the season.
We have a number of
policies which players and parents should be aware of:
Country players -
in recognition of the additional travelling costs and difficulty of
attending two training sessions per week, subscriptions for country
players are discounted by 50% PROVIDED players actually reside in the
country (ie country players boarding/residing in Adelaide do not
qualify for the discount).
Family discount -
families with 3 or more children playing will have subscriptions for
the 3rd and subsequent child/ren discounted by 50% PROVIDED
the older two children's fees are up to date.
Outstanding fees
- in fairness to players who are financial and contributing to the
costs of running a large club, we have a policy of not allowing
un-financial players to carry outstanding fees over to a new season. At
the start of each season, un-financial players and their coach will be
contacted and advised that although welcome to continue training,
players will not be permitted to take the court for games until
outstanding fees are paid in full.
Fee adjustments -
only the Executive Committee has the authority to adjust fees, so any
queries regarding reductions for injury or any other reason must be
directed to the Executive Committee or Treasurer. Coaches not do have
authority to adjust fees and will refer parents/players to the
Treasurer.
The Treasurer can be
contacted by email (treasurer@bearcats.net.au) or by phone on weekends/after 7pm weeknights
on 8355 6617.
