Round 9 Rebel Yell - Marcus the Butler Darmody After winning a tough and tight encounter against the Dennis Pagan coached Northern Knights, the Rebels faced the daunting proposition of knocking off the unbeaten Geelong Falcons at Skilled Stadium. more -->
Round 8 Rebel Yell - Chris Curran After winning the last three games by an average of 76 points, the Rebels faced the Dennis Pagan coached Northern Nights in round eight. The Knights had developed their own momentum with a ten goal win over reigning premiers Murray last week, creating a great challenge for the game at Eastern Oval. more -->
Round 7 Rebel Yell - Nathan Horbury After a well earned win at our new home in Warrnambool there was a good feeling about the group on Tuesday night with training being held out at the Ballarat Uni. more -->
Round 6 Rebel Yell - Liam Hoy This week the Ballarat lads travelled down the highway to Warrnambool where we took on a winless Sandringham Dragons who were coming off a heavy loss to the Geelong Falcons. Before the game Coach, Glenn Wilkins stressed to the team not to take the Dragons lightly because they would be determined to post their first win and to "share and care" which was evident throughout the game. more -->
Round 5 Rebel Yell - Jake Dunne Bunninyong Football Ground played host to what was our fourth match and first home game of the season. After a TAC Cup bye which was filled by a Vic Country trial match in the U/17's and U/18's, we were set the task of deflating a Western Jets outfit that had just come off their first win of the season. more -->
Round 3 Rebel Yell - Dean Gavin After a good win against Bendigo Pioneers the Rebel players now focused on the Gippsland Power. There was good intensity at training and this was proven when somehow Pat Barber manage to knock out Sam Cowling's (2nd in the world for karate) tooth, also another huge surprise was "pretty boy"€Shaun Lyle shaved his head. more -->
Round 2 Rebel Yell - Josh Free The Rebels players and staff travelled to the picturesque town of Swan Hill to tackle the ever determined outfit of the Bendigo Pioneers. "The heart of the Murray" turned on the weather for the two TAC Cup sides in what was a marvelous day for football. Both sides had suffered brutal losses in the opening round at the hands of the Geelong Falcons and the Murray Bushrangers. more -->
