Our 2010 campaign will kicked off on Sunday November 22nd in very soggy conditons and will continue every Thursday from 26th November at Aquinas College, Ringwood. Aquinas is situated behind the Ringwood aquatic centre, so for those who want a post training dip (or to recover) bring your swimming gear.We are very fortunate that Kelly Breazeale will be overseeing fitness and for those who have not met her I have attached a brief blurb on her and a map of how to get to Aquinas College.
