Then please come along this Sunday.

We are runing a clinic for all those with an interest in coaching. We have some excellent guys on hand to take you through everything you'll need to know to acheive success.

If you don't already have it, you can also pick up all the equipment you'll need to run successful training sessions.

Hoodies are now available

The long awaited Raiders Hoodies are now available, please contact Jan Rowe on 0421 647 316 or email morrowe@optusnet.com.au to place an order.

Please measure from roughly 1 cm below the underarm, from one underarm to the other, just on the front of the person’s body resulting in the half chest measurement.

For example if your half chest measurement is 46cm and you are usually a size 10. Then you should go with the size 8 or 10.
