AUJFC President's Report 2009 The lead up to the start of this season presented the club with new challenges, which arose as a consequence of moving leagues during the off season. As many know, Waverley Junior Football Association (WJFA) disbanded in November 2008, and as a consequence Ashburton joined Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL). AUJFC Registrar's Report 2009 For the second year in a row we achieved over 500 registered players playing in 21 teams. These numbers are in line with 2008 results and 5% ahead of 2007. more -->
AUJFC Football Operations Report 2009 Season 2009 was always going to be a challenging one for the Ashy Redbacks and in particular Football Operations due to the WJFA disbanding and the Club joining the Yarra Junior Football League. 3 PREMIERSHIPS FOR ASHY IN 2009!! Four Ashy teams played off for premierships last Sunday, with 3 flags coming home to Burwood Reserve! The U/12 Greens, U/14 Reds and Colts Reds played some fantastic football to convincingly win their matches. The Colts Greens, who had a very successful season, found it a little tougher on the day. more -->
Silver AFLQC Accreditation for the Ashy Redbacks! In July 2009, the AUJFC was awarded Silver level accreditation for the AFL Quality Club program - a fantastic achievement!

The Quality Club Program is a program about standards in club administration. Instituted in 2005, the program is designed to recognise and reward community football clubs for achieving a base standard of club administration through to levels of excellence. more -->

OUR TEAMS now has Fixtures, Results and Ladders available The "Our Teams" menu now lists all the Ashy teams, and direct access to the YJFL fixtures, results and ladders. The YJFL fixtures, results and ladders are normally updated every Sunday evening after the round is completed. more -->
