LATE REGISTRATIONS & NEW PLAYERS
After the initial registration period the Club will continue to accept new registrations providing there are spaces available in teams. There is also a late joining fee of $10. New players will be allocated amongst teams to ensure a consistent number of players in each team. Unfortunately this means we can not guarantee that new players will be allocated to teams that their friends are playing in, and in some cases, when all teams in a grade are full we may not be able to accept a registration.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership Fees are the primary source of income for the Greenhithe Junior Soccer Club. The Fees contribute towards the general administration of the Club, including (but not limited to) team fees paid to our Federation (United Soccer 1), the purchase of equipment, end of season trophies and awards. Fees are paid at the time of registration.

Players will only be allocated to a team once fees have been received. Fees are fully refundable if a player wishes to withdraw up to and including the second game of the season. As a paid member of the Greenhithe Junior Soccer Club, each player will receive:
- Playing Strip (Shirt and Shorts)

GETTING INVOLVED
The Greenhithe Junior Soccer Club relies upon many people volunteering their time and energy to create an environment for children to enjoy participating in football.

There are many opportunities for parents and families to be actively involved in Club:

Team Coach
You don't have to know much about football to be a Coach! If you enjoy helping children work together as a team and encouraging them to participate and do their best then you can coach! The Club will provide assistance through the Director of Football as well as offering to contribute towards formal United Soccer 1 Coaching Courses. Visit our "Coaches Corner" page on this website find out more information.

Team Manager
Every Coach and team needs someone to help them organise the team. Typically the Manager is not afraid to phone the other members of their team to pass on information regarding training, competition games and social occassions!

Team Supporter
Supporting your child while they play football is rewarding for both player and supporter. The Club encourages all family members to get out and show their support from the sideline. All supporters are expected to follow the Clubs "Fairplay Promise for Supporters"

Committee
The Committee consists of a group of like-minded people who can volunteer one evening a month for a meeting leading up to and during the season to discuss the running of the club and organise various club activities. If you are interested in being part of the Committee, please contact the Club Chairman (see the "Our Contacts" section of this website).

Friends of the Club
As the club has grown the workload has also increased! From time to time the committee needs assistance from parents and members to help with various small jobs that need to be done, including BBQ Chef at the end of season prizegiving, cleaning out the club storeroom at the end of the year, helping hand out and collect uniforms, etc. If you feel you can spare some of your time please contact the Club Secretary (see the "Our Contacts" section of this website). Your name will be added to the "Friends of the Club" and we will contact you as and when required.
