We have 5 teams in the under 9 (born 2000) grade this year.

Development squad - PHOENIX and KNIGHTS.

We have a squad of 18 keen players across two teams - Phoenix and Knights in the 9A1 Hauraki and 9A Hokianga Divisions coached by the club coach Dean Boustead supported by parent coaches.  The squad has training on Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm at Bayswater rain or shine.

Participation Teams - GLORY, KINGS and MARINERS.

We have three competitive participation teams - Glory, Kings and Mariners playing across 9B and 9C divisions. These teams are managed and coached by parents.  Practices are run by the parent coaches after school hours and also available through the Club Participation Skills school.

Format

Each team provides a referee for half the game.  The pitch is a half (1/2) size pitch with goalkeepers, size 4 balls and 7 players aside at one time.  There are two 25 minute halves with five minute half-time.  Games are played at our home grounds (Bayswater) or away and typically start at either 9am or 10am.
