After a slow start the team won both its grade and its knock-out competition. They just seemed to get better and better as the season went on, and didn’t loose any of their last 12 games. This included a penalty shoot-out in the first round of the knock-out. We had practiced penalties, but the opposition didn’t look like they had (there’s a lesson to be learned there!). Over the past few months I have seen a number of games and training sessions and coached a number of the teams personally. I would like to say that the boys and girls at the club are all improving. Some of the football being played in the games has been really good. So well done to all of you.

Who is the club? The club is: an association of people with common interest. Huge progress has been made already this season; international games, on the path to renovating Allen Hill, with a further grant to complete refit of kitchen, midget training at Allen Hill week nights and a few great events in the pipeline.
