Conditions for Clubroom Hire - Allen Hill Stadium, Devonport

Long and short term hires available, day and nights.

Fees and Availability

1. Daytime club hireage - $50/hour
2. Evening club hireage flat fee - $550. 
3. A $300 refundable bond will be required prior to evening hireage.
4. Registered Club Members are entitled to a $100.00 discount on evening hireage fee.  
5. Special rates available for long term hire.
6. Saturdays, the Clubrooms are open to the public until 7pm.

 Evening Security

1. The Club requires that the person/s hiring the Clubhouse have a two security guards present on the Main gate/front door throughout the whole evening. 
2. The security personnel should have a list of attending guests.  
3. Admittance is only if your name/s are on that list.
4. If no security personnel are provided, the Club will provide them at $80 per person, for the evening.

Kitchen Facilities

The Club has kitchen facilities that are available for your use at no extra charge.

1. If the Kitchen is required, the Hirer is responsible for the kitchen cleaning & removal of all foodstuffs.    

Bar Facilities and availability

1. If the bar is required, the Club will provide Bar Staff at $19.00 per hour per person in addition to the club hireage (Minimum of 2 staff)
2. The Bar is available Monday - Thursday 6pm - 9.45pm, Friday 5pm - 11.45pm, Saturday 12 noon - 11.45pm and Sunday 12 noon till 9.45pm. The bar can be closed earlier at the discretion of the Bar Manager. 
3. The Club premises must be vacated by 12 midnight. 
4. No BYO is permitted on the premises. This contravenes the Sale of Liquor Act in relation to the Club & the Bar Manager's licences.  A price list is available on request.   
5. All Beverages consumed on the premises, must be purchased on the premises.

Other

1. Music is at your discretion & cost - i.e. Band, DJ, Jukebox, etc.
2. For 18th and 21st parties the parents must be in attendance at all times and alcoholic beverages will only be served to those legally entitled to drink them (evidence of age will be required).  Two security guards are mandatory.
