Looking for Players for our Mens 1st Team.

Oratia United will be concentrating this season on the club’s 1st team gaining promotion to the Northern Regional league. We currently have a young and ambitious group of players but are looking to add to this. We are therefore looking for experienced players who have played at this level of football or above who can help to develop this outstanding group of players. We are also interested in further young players who possess determination and potential.

Fundraising for the Womens Reserve Team.

As a reserves team we are not often given an official referee for our games.  Which means our coaches have to ref the games.  This often leads to biased referring as well as no one to coach us during the game.

So this season, we are hiring and paying for referees for each game to ensure player safety, preventing injury and promoting fair play.

If you are able to help us raise funds we need, come to the movies and have a great night.

Under his direction we have seen the introduction of our Player Pathways and Club Strategy for 2010 onwards. Within the Player Pathways we saw the implementation of the High Performance Academy and the Development Academy. These academies were very successful and will continue in 2011, and will also focus on Females in Football with the introduction of a girl's only academy.
