Thank you for making our first trial game such a fantastic day! And a big thank you for the people who helped with the canteen, BBQ and fundraising.
Our next trial day is this SATURDAY - 23rd March 2013 at Parbury oval (home ground). We are playing against Budgewoi JRLFC.
This Saturday 23/3/13, we are holding a cup cake and slice stall to raise funds for our club. We need families to donate cup cakes or slices to sell.We also need some enthusiastic kids to sell our cup cakes and slices for $1 each. And lastly, we need everyone to buy them from our stall. A recent netball event I went to made a quick $300, lets see if we can beat this.
Parents we need your help. Every team needs 4 parent helpers to assist in the canteen and on the BBQ (1 hour prior to your child's game). It is unfair if parents are in the canteen or on the BBQ when their child is playing their game because the next age group of parent helpers have avoided doing their duty. Parents of the first and last games, will also need to assist with setting up and packing up of the fields.
Times for this Saturday are:
Field 1 (big field) Field 2 (on the right side)
2 x 20 minutes 2 x 15 minutes
Under 11's - 8.30am Under 6's - 8.30am
Under 12's - 9.30am Under 7's - 9.30am
Under 13's - 10.30am Under 8's - 10.30am
Under 14's 11.30am Under 9's - 11.30am
Under 10's - 12.10am
Remember we have a merchandise stall. We have second hand footy boots for sale for $5, old red and black shorts (limited sizes) for $5, red singlets (limited sizes) $5, old red and black jerseys $5 (limited sizes), mouthguards for $25, last years polo shirts $25 (limited sizes), last years hoodies $25.
Parents feel free to donate your child's old footy shoes.
Coaches and Managers please ensure all of your parents are receiving emails.
