Tracey Foster Shield
This Shield was donated to the Club by the parents of Tracey Foster who died at a young age in very tragic circumstances as a result of a drug overdose. At the parents’ request, the Club each year looks to award this shield to a junior who not only plays basketball, but also inspires others through their service to the Club. This could be through leadership on or off the court, coaching, helping with other junior players and generally being a good ambassador for the Club in the hope that this may prevent a similar tragedy to their daughter.
