BBC has the largest GPS Basketball program!

GPS Basketball is played in term 3. Trials are run in the final month of Term 2, with a very important camps held in Week 1 and 3 of the June/July Holiday period.

in 2012 BBC finished second in the 1st V Competition but defeated the GPS Premiers, TSS, by 24 points in their matchup in round 8.

This follows on from BBC winning the 2011 GPS Premiership and Winning the 2011 Champion Basketball School of Queensland tournament. BBC contested the Australian Schools Championship in Bendigo and competed strongly to finish in fifth place without BBC's Australian Schoolboys player, Matt Strybos who was away in the US on Australian duties.
