2010 Summer Season Player Nomination Form (Formerly Known as the President's Cup Season)
2010 SUMMER SEASON – NOMINATION FORM
(Season dates 08/09 October – 12/13 November – 6 weeks)
If you are interested in playing for West Brisbane Falcons in the last season for 2010, please complete the Player Nomination form below. Please consider your position carefully before you nominate, as per previous Summer Seasons there will be a one off upfront payment for weekly game fees of $40.
If you are already a registered Falcons player, there is no other cost involved to play on this season. If however, you have friends that wish to play for Falcons for the first time or are not current registered Falcons players, there will be an additional joining fee of $10 required. No other payments are required to play in this season to West Brisbane.
PLEASE NOTE that new players are required to pay a Brisbane Basketball Inc (BBI) Registration Fee, these details are available from the BBI office at the Auchenflower Stadium.
In addition, the Summer Season Age Groups alter slightly from what you have played in the Championship Season or previously be used to. The Age Groups will be U8s, U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s, U17s & U20s. U15 Boys, U17s & U20s will be played on a Friday Night. All other Age Groups will be played on a Saturday. A player’s Age Group is based on what age he/she will be as at December 31, 2010.

Completed nomination forms and payments can be mailed to PO Box 428, Mt Ommaney 4074 or placed into the West Brisbane Falcons mailbox situated at the bottom of the steps leading onto Court One at the Auchenflower.

Due to the likely shortage of available coaches due to BBI representative requirements, teams may be limited, so to ensure you secure a position please make your payments as early as possible. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY NOMINATIONS AFTER MONDAY 23 AUGUST 2010.
