WABL Women Coaching Appointments
WOMEN 2015 WABL COACHES
Further to our communication on the 10th February 2015, The Board of East Perth is proud to announce the appointment of the Coach’s for 2015 Women’s program. The selection process has enabled all key stakeholder engagement inclusive of the SBL Head Coach Henry that has consider the best fit for the applicants that were received.
Having said this Coach Henry, the SBL Women’s Coach has continued to be involved with many of the SBL Women actively assisting the progress of the try out sessions. Please see the table below for the respective age groups.

Congratulations to the successful Coaches, wishing you all the success for the 2015 season, having a new structure with player selections and grading system will enable a great foundation on the movement forward for the East Perth Eagles.
We would like to formally thank the outgoing Coaches for their respective efforts in the 2014 season, it’s important to recognise their efforts that has enabled the successful growth of the Club. Both success and growth would not be possible if it wasn’t for the efforts of Coaches as the various levels. Likewise we would like to pass on our thanks to all of the applications for Coaches, whilst difficult to change or have a pool of applicants it’s always a hard task to select a singular from multiples. Again thank you one and all.
Coach appointment period is for the 2015 season, East Perth Board will call for nominations at the end of the WABL season with a view of reviewing and appointing for the 2016 season by no later than year end of 2015.

Background:
East Perth District Basketball Association (EPDBA) has been established for over 60 years and during it’s existence has assisted literally thousands of young, talented players both girls and boys of all ages.
EPDBA is proud to have West Australian Basketball League teams in all divisions, from Under 12 to Development League Men and Women, as well as the Vorian Agency Eagles in the Men’s and Schweigen Eagles in the Women's State Basketball League.
The Morley Sports and Recreation Centre, situated on Wellington Road, Morley, is the home of the EPDBA where it runs a Saturday junior competition that caters for age groups from Under 10 to Under 17 boys and girls as well as Biddi Ball, a programme for future basketballers aged 4 – 8 years old.
