The Club was formed in 1879 as part of the first competitive football competition in Geelong. We have continuously and successfully represented the East Geelong community for the past 130 years, and are now affiliated with the Geelong and District Football League.
In season 2008 the Club fielded 6 junior sides and 2 senior sides: Auskick, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 (Juniors) and Seniors and Reserves. The club also fielded 6 netball sides in 2006: 3 senior sides (A, B and C grade) and 3 junior sides (U/13, U/15 and U/17). More than 270 players were registered with the Club last year.
