Senior Coach Appointed The committee of the HEGRFNC announce the signing of Josh Tymenson as senior football coach for season 2010. Josh comes to Hillend from the Catani Football Club in the Ellingbank League, where he has played for the past 6 years under coach Paul Alger.His coaching career started as assistant to Paul Alger,from season 2006-2009, and as reserves coach for 2008-2009. more -->

Pre-Season Training Pre-season training will commence on Monday the 16th of November,
Training will take place on Monday, wednesday and friday nights and will finish on friday the 18th of December.We hope players will be able to at least train a couple of nights a week. more -->

Player Points System The MGFL is about to bring in a player points system for season 2010. The system is an alternative to a salary cap and designed to equalize the member clubs of the league, whilst rewarding them for promoting their juniors and loyal playing members. Annual General Meeting 29th October the AGM was held last night. the office bearers for season 2010 remain the same, Steve Mayes Pres,Pam Francis sec. and neil McComb treas. congratulations to all. It was a sad reflection on our members, that from over 200 members only 17 took the time out to attend and take part in forming a committee that will carry our club into what promises to be an exciting future. more -->
