Senior Coach
Andrew Wisken
Andrew joined Crib Point in 1997 and was appointed senior coach at Crib Point for the following four years. Prior to his arrival Andrew played at Hastings, Richmond, East Perth and Frankston Dolphins. In his four years as coach Andrew led the Crib Point seniors to a Grand Final in 1999 against Berwick, losing a close fought contest by 10 points.
After finishing his coaching stint in 2000, Andrew remained at the club as a player from 2001 to 2005. During that time Andrew played in the 2001 Premiership win against Pearcedale and was awarded the VCFL medal for best player on the ground. During his 150 game career at Crib Point, Andrew was fortunate enough to win four Best and Fairest awards.
In 2008 Andrew was again appointed senior coach. Andrew states that 2008 was a very disappointing year for the club and is looking for a much improved performance in 2009. Andrew wants the playing group to reach their full potential and enjoy the satisfaction that is afforded to a group of mates who are committed to a winning culture.
