
The Deniliquin Rams offer two junior football and four junior netball sides contesting the
Club stalwarts Mike Williams and David Whelan coordinate the clubs important Junior Football Program and are certified coaches.
The junior footballers compete in Under 14 (fourths) and Under 17 (thirds) competitions.
This year we have appointed experienced senior football Geoff McCallum as thirds coach. He is a welcome addition back at the club where he started his senior career.
Rob Morris is coaching the clubs fourths for a fourth consecutive year. He will be assisted by Darren Close. Both men are experienced, certified coaches and former senior footballers.
Any young footballer is welcome to try out with the Rams at our pre season training, which starts in February.

The Under 11 competition is a modified grade that teaches young netballers the basic skills of the game.
Jayne Barlow is the junior netball coordinator. She is assisted by experienced coaches Renee Beehag, Rhonda Hogan and Paula Parsons.
The junior netballers take part in try outs at the start of each season before final squads are announced.
Both the clubs senior netball and football sides have enjoyed much success by placing a strong emphasis on promoting talented juniors to over age ranks.
The club also encourages, and often hosts, representative junior football and netball initiatives. It is also common for the club to donate money to assist with individual costs associated with representative sides.
