North Wang is intending on being bigger, fitter and stronger for the 2009 season.
I’ve been asked to take on a fitness training role for North Wang and plan on successfully getting all players to a high fitness capability with cardio and muscle development training.
New styles of tackling techniques will also be worked on, so our defense will stand above other clubs and they’ll know that North Wang means business in 2009.
With all our new training and balls skills, we need to commit to extra work in 2009 (in your own time). At least, 1 hour extra each week on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday would be ideal.
If you’d like to follow the example of Brad (a new recruit), giving up the durries would help as well.
