I'm Bianca Doolan and Coaching A grade for the 2009 Season, as well as helping out Niccy Hogan & Jody Gillespie in the B & C Grades & hopefully playing in the A & B Grade Squad.
I have been at the North Wangaratta Football & Netball Club for around 7 years in total, with a 3 year stint playing at the Wang Maggies inbetween. I first became involved with the Club in 1999 through the Hogan family, who have been a massive part of North Wangaratta for a number of years.
Since coming back to North Wangaratta in 2006 I have enjoyed playing in finals for the past 3 years, making (but losing) 2 Grandfinals in A Grade and Coaching the 2008 C Grade team to a Premiership.
I would say that during the past few years the club atmosphere has been fantastic and is looking to only get better, on the court and off. Our facilities are always being improved and updated and our recruitment of new and exciting players in both football & netball helps the club to grow and become as competitive & great to be a part of, as it is today.
This season I am looking forward to an extensive pre-season training run along with a fulfilling and fun 2009 season, and of course with some great functions and social activities along the way.
I want all 3 Netball Teams to be involved in Finals, and am going to try my hardest to get them there, as I'm sure Niccy & Jody will be also.
