Finals

Week 1 Semi-Finals Date:
15/8/09 Venue: Drouin

Under 14.5s will participate (game
time to be advised)

Week 2 Preliminary Final Date: 22/8/09 Venue:
Ellinbank

Under 10s will participate (game time
around 10.00am – more info to come)

Under 14.5s may participate (depends
on week 1 of finals)

Week 3 Grand Final Date: 30/8/09 Venue: Garfield

Under 14.5s may participate (depends
on success over week 1 & 2)

All finals
games have a Gate levy of $5 to enter.

We will need
to supply goal umpires, boundary umpires and time keepers. Tell us if you can
help out please.

Jumpers

After players
play their final game for the year they must hand in their jumper to their team manager. For the U12s you will need to give
your jumper to Roger Matheson after Saturdays game at Drouin. Under 10s, give
your jumper to Trudie after the game on Preliminary final day. If you do not
attend the last game please return your jumper asap.

WDJFL Presentation Night (League Vote
Count & Presentations)

Date: 22^nd Aug(Sat) Time: 7.30pm Venue:
Danny’s (Warragul Trotting Track)

All
interleague representatives are asked to attend. The WDJFL best and fairest
vote count takes place, along with other presentations to players and clubs.

Our Latest 50 Game Players – Well done to Brydon Price, Mitchell
Regester & Jack Iefone who all play their 50^th games this
weekend.

The Future

Our Annual General
Meeting will be held in September. As our children move higher through the
ranks it is natural that there will be a regular change in the leadership of
our Club. We will be looking for new blood to fill executive positions,
committee, coaches, team managers etc. Please consider taking on a role to help
run the club next year.
