2009 see's the return of the Buddy System at the Morwell Football and Netball Club. All Junior Footballers will be assigned a Senior Buddy who is responsible for taking them under their wing. It will be the buddies role to watch a few games, watch a bit of training and assist the junior wherever possible to ensure our next crop of senior footballers are up for the challenge.
It will be a requirement for Senior footballers to get to know their buddy.
