SOCIAL CLUB ROOM HIRE CONDITIONS

      A booking deposit of $50.00 is required.

      A deposit bond of $200 is payable 14 days prior to function.

      Payment in full is required within 7 days of function.

      Fee’s for Hall Hire:

1.                                                $150.00 Non-members

2.                                               $110.00 25% Discount for members

3.                                               $30.00 Licence fee for all Hirer’s.

4.                                               $100.00 Cleaning of Hall by SFNC - optional

 

These fees include bar staff .

 

Use of kitchen is conditional to the following:

      Cleaning of kitchen utensils/crockery etc

      Replacement or repair of broken or damaged equipment

 

LIQUOR LICENSING CONDITIONS

Due to Liquor Licensing Commission conditions, bar staff must be in attendance for all functions, and are to be supplied by the Stawell Football & Netball Club.

Beer  Pricing

11 Gallon Keg             Heavy                 $540.00     @ $3.00 per Pot

Packaged Beer

                                         Heavy                   $3.50 per Can

                                                                                      Light                     $3.00 per Can

 

Wine, spirits & soft drinks will be supplied at the following Bar prices:

                                                                                     Wine                     $3.00 per glass

                                                                                   Spirits                   $7.00 per can/bottle

                                                                                 Soft Drink              $2.00 per can

 

BROKEN GLASSES – Breakages are to be paid for at the following rates:

WINE   170ml     $3.00

BEER    285ml     $3.00

*Note: pricing is subject to change in line with industry fluctuations.

 

The Licensee (Stawell Football & Netball Club) reserves the right to expel patrons in the event of intoxication and / or offensive behaviour.

Stawell Football & Netball Club is a “Responsible Serving of Alcohol” organization and a smoke free venue.

 Security person/people are required by the Hirer if number in attendance is over 100 people.
